ESL Partyland is a site that has resources for both the ESL teacher and learner.  There is also a community forum for those who sign up (for free)

ESL Resource Center has several resources and teaching ideas for the ESL teacher.  I especially liked the links to games and role playing. What a fun way to learn new things!

Colorín Colorado is a bilingual (Spanish and English) site for the teachers and families of English learners. It provides resources such as suggestions for books, technology, and instruction for learners.

Everything ESL is a resource site for teachers that offers lesson plans, downloads, discussion topics, and other classroom resources.

Many Things is a website provides games, quizzes, word puzzles, slang expressions, and various activities for English Learners.

Utah Education Network offers this site as a resource center for educators.  There are links to various ideas, materials, and other resources here.

Dave's ESL Cafe offers resources for teachers, students, and families.  There are various teach ideas, lessons, and even job opportunities.
